Privacy Policy

Your privacy is the product

Last updated: March 27, 2026

Short version: ALLYX ONE tools run entirely in your browser. We don't receive, store, or process any files or data you work with. No account required, ever.

1. Who we are

ALLYX ONE (ABN 31 682 658 671) operates the website at allyxone.com. We provide free, browser-based utility tools. If you have questions about this policy, contact us.

2. Data we do not collect

Because all processing happens locally in your browser, we never receive or see:

  • Files you upload or work with in any tool
  • Images, documents, or any other personal content
  • Tool inputs or outputs
  • Any form of user-generated content

3. Data we may collect automatically

Like most websites, our web server may log standard technical information when you visit, including:

  • IP address (anonymised where possible)
  • Browser type and version
  • Pages visited and time of visit
  • Referring URL

This information is used solely for diagnosing server errors, preventing abuse, and understanding general traffic patterns. It is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

4. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We may use a minimal session cookie strictly necessary for site functionality (e.g. remembering a user preference). No third-party cookie networks are loaded on our pages.

5. Third-party services

We may use the following third-party infrastructure services which have their own privacy policies:

  • Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection. Cloudflare may process your IP address in accordance with their Privacy Policy.

We do not embed social media widgets, advertising networks, or third-party analytics scripts.

6. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable law (e.g. GDPR, Australian Privacy Act) to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Given we collect minimal data, the most relevant right is requesting deletion of server logs. Contact us for any such requests.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
