How It Works

    Drop JPG, PNG, WebP, or any browser-supported image format onto the upload area, or click to browse your files. Each photo is loaded directly into browser memory using the createObjectURL API — nothing is transmitted anywhere.

  2. 2. Choose a layout

    Pick from 8 grid templates — from a simple side-by-side pair to a 2×3 six-photo grid or a focus layout with one large photo alongside smaller ones. The numbered badge on each thumbnail shows which slot in the collage it will fill. Reorder photos with the arrow buttons that appear on hover.

  3. 3. Adjust borders and canvas settings

    Set the canvas shape (square, landscape, portrait, wide, or story), drag the gap slider to widen or close the space between photos, and choose a border colour from the swatches or colour picker. Each photo is scaled with cover-fit logic — no black bars, no stretching.

  4. 4. Render in your browser

    Click Create Collage. A 1200 px HTML5 Canvas element is created in memory, filled with your chosen border colour, and each photo is drawn into its slot using drawImage() — all on your device, with no server involved.

  5. 5. Preview and download

    The finished collage renders on screen so you can review it before saving. Click Download Collage and the file saves to your device via a Blob URL — no network round-trip ever occurs.

What resolution is the output?

Collages are rendered at 1200 px wide. The height is set by the chosen aspect ratio — for example 1200×1200 for square or 1200×675 for 16:9. This produces sharp, print-quality results.
